Responsibilities: • Manage all legal aspects of the organization, including contracts, compliance, and litigation • Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to senior management • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts • Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and processes • Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations • Manage outside counsel • Represent the organization in legal proceedings • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in law • At least 5 years of experience in a legal role • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to think strategically and analytically • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Skills: • Previous experience as a Chief Legal Officer • Familiarity with corporate law • Knowledge of the legal industry and regulations • Experience in contract drafting and negotiations • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders • Knowledge of legal software and applications.
